EMURGO launched EMURGO Ventures in September 2021 and outlined an aggressive investment strategy to target both Cardano blockchain-native and non-Cardano blockchain Web3 projects with the plan to deliver high-impact interoperable products and services to Cardano’s rapidly growing user base. EMURGO Ventures is the investment arm of the Cardano blockchain’s official commercial arm EMURGO.

He has worked for organizations like HCL, NIIT and Princeton Review. An entrepreneur by mindset Narender’s portfolio at EMURGO includes Sales, Marketing, HR and Overall Business operations.

Bharat has worked extensively in the field of Blockchain. He co-founded a start-up in the IIOT space using blockchain as the underlying trust/audit layer. He has worked for organizations like Analog Devices, Media Tek, SONY & has over 17 years of experience in programming and IT industry. His portfolio includes Program Designing, Development, Capacity Building of Faculties and Program Development for Blockchain and other emerging technology.

Chief Delivery Officer

Meenakshi has 2 decades of experience in successfully designing & delivering talent building solutions. She is an IIM alumnus & has held key leadership roles at TalentSprint and has co-developed SWEBoK a certification program for India along with IEEE Computer Society & has worked for organizations like SSI & HCL. Her portfolio includes Operations and Delivery for all programs, SME Identification, New Content Partnerships and Partner On-boarding.

In 2014, while Kodama was working in the financial industry, he saw great potential in Bitcoin and began promoting the cryptocurrency. He embarked building the Cardano project with Charles Hoskinson, and mainly worked on its business development and promotion, founding EMURGO as CEO in 2017.
